* Experience in all Macromedia/Adobe products: Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash.
* A strong understanding of usability and user interface design
* Understanding of design for engaging multimedia experiences
* A lover of technology and innovation. Always looking to be ahead of the status quo.
* Works well in collaboration with others
* Knowledge of integrating or working with any other software and applications.

Job Requirements
* Team collaborator : Follow through expert : Individual thinker
* Experience writing ActionScript 2 for Flash applications
* A strong understanding of HTML and Javascript (AJAX a plus)
* Strong use of classes in Flash coding
* ActionScript 2.0 (3.0 a plus)
* Fluent in XML and XML parsing in Flash
* Experience localizing Flash
* A lover of technology and innovation. Always looking to be ahead of the status quo.
* Works well in collaboration with others
* Knowledge of integrating or working with any other languages is a plus (NET, JSP, PHP)
