Hello WordPress 2.9.1, Bye Bye Headspace2, Hello All in One SEO Pack

By January 5, 2010 No Comments

In the process of posting that last post, I upgraded to WordPress 2.9.1. 2.9.1 is said to fix a few minor issues like fixing a Core editor bug in Safari, and improving some of the nice image editing functionality that came with 2.9 itself. But what I didn’t count on was it interacting with the SEO plugin Headspace2 that we had installed, to totally break javascript in the WordPress backend…

We’d had some trouble with Headspace2 interacting with other plugins and javascripts on one or two of the sites we’ve been developing for clients, and ended up going with All in One SEO Pack instead. Our buddy Ron @ SDInteractive has been rocking and proclaimng All in One SEO Pack for a while now, and this was just the final encouragement, or nail in the coffin, needed to make the switch overall. Ok, back to work…
