The basis for great marketing programs is a solid understanding of who you are trying to communicate with. That’s why its important to build customer personas as your first step. Each brand has differing factors of importance but some key factors to define your personas are:
Demographics : Culture : Individual Behaviors e.g. personalities, motivations, perceptions, and attitudes : Level of Technology Knowledge : Behavioral Outcomes of Experience e.g. Information gathering, comparing, purchasing, or post purchase analysis.

According to their recent report, UK online ad spending is expected to outstrip TV ad spending in 2 years. Wow, so big things are already getting announced in 2008.
