Ninthlink rebranded Q International (and their website) with a more active, energetic & vibrant feeling to better represent the healthy lifestyle products they offer. In addition to our rebranding efforts, the site’s product search and checkout experiences were greatly improved.
Q International provides health and wellness products such as water & air purifiers, in addition to a line of nutritional products; all with the common goal of removing the contaminates & toxins present in our environments and bodies. The original brand and web design were very dark and dreary, which definitely didn’t send the fresh, happy vibe we were looking to portray through the product’s benefits.
Branding is just one important aspect of selling online. The others involve making it easy for users to both find what they’re looking for and of course, easy to purchase, which is done through a straightforward, streamlined checkout process.
To accomplish these goals, we simplified the product navigation by grouping merchandise into intuitive categories and presenting them in an open, uncluttered manner to remove any barriers from finding a desired product. Once a user finds the product they’re interested in, they’re brought to a product details page, located within the shopping cart, which has the option to officially add it to their cart. If the product is added to the shopping cart, the site visitor is immediately brought to the checkout page. Within 2 steps we have a user in the middle of the buying process, greatly reducing the amount of steps required for a visitor to make a purchase, giving us a much better chance at improving our conversion rates and closing the sale.
