West Coast Group Benefits Gets More Control of Their Site with a Move to WordPress

Wordpress San Diego

Like many businesses, West Coast Group Benefits had a well functioning website capable of handling all of their online needs.  However, also like many businesses, West Coast wanted more control over their site’s content – not only to change bits and pieces here and there, but to have the ability to add entire pages or sections, without the need for advanced technical knowledge or hiring a San Diego web development company – like us.  The benefits of WordPress go well beyond it’s user friendly interface and continuous improvements through it’s open source framework; it can also be a useful tool for supporting search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.

About the same time we launched the site, CNN published an article about the many challenges faced by such family caregivers.

The caregiving burden (for lack of a better word) oftentimes falls on families and indviduals that aren’t emotionally, physically, or financially prepared to deal with being a caregiver – leading people to become stressed & less productive in their own lives; all of which present a new set of challenges.

Enter CareConscious, a company whose mission is to help people in a similar situation get help with difficult decisions, uncover the financial, legal and emotional traps that threaten caregivers, and get direct access to the right resources.

While it may be true that with enough diligence, you can get IE6 – IE8 to do just about everything that modern browsers can do, there are a few things, specifically when working in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), that can really throw a wrench in the works. Here are some CSS pitfalls to be sure and avoid: READ MORE
