Link Focus Causing You to Lose Focus?

I don't know when this started being a problem, but for some time now, certain web browsers have been showing the dotted line around links that you click/mousedown on. Usually that is fine, but sometimes, like with navigational links, the dotted line can really make for an eyesore. Luckily, it takes just a bit of CSS to clean it all up. (more…)

NOHO : The Hangover Defense

The site went live a few months ago, but today we were able to put up a nice update for our Anti Hangover friends over at nohodrink.com. Their idea: "a refreshing drink that uses a simple principal, keep the body in balance." Our ideas: an updated main navigation, prominent links to their Facebook and Twitter pages, better homepage real estate for their Newsletter Signup, a place to showcase all their Events & Nightlife, and more. “Hanging” at Social Media as Leisure

Back to the subject of studying human behavior online—what is now called “netography”—a recent survey from Crowd Science contends that three times as many females from males claim “hanging” at social networks a favorite leisure activity. According to the findings, one-third (34%) of females vs. one-tenth (10%) of males who engage in social media state it is their favorite leisure activity. (more…)

Taking Pictures
